Incidents

ORGANIZATION:

The main incident section of the Radio Traffic product is now organized into two main sections... Major Roadways and Counties whereas the counties section contains items that are not located on major roadways.  These items are organized into sections based on the county where they are located.

You can customize the order in which both Major Roadways and Counties are displayed on the screen by accessing your page Settings  via the icon at the top of the page.

DISPLAY:

Higher impact items will be color coded with a Red or Yellow indicator and will highlight as you hover your mouse over the item.  

Severity Guide:

• Road Closed = Black
• Severe = Red 
• Major = Yellow
• Minor = Green or No Color

CONTENT:

Incidents on the page will contain a Time Stamp, Location including city and/or roadway, Incident Type and Details

If a Time stamp indicates a date instead of a time, the incident was entered into the system on a previous date.
