Trouble Shooting Commute Vantage

IF CommuteVantage CRASHES:

  • Immediately note the time.
  • Re-open the CommuteVantage application. 
  • If you cannot re-open the application, contact support 484-324-8656
  • At your earliest convenience, Send Status Report from the CommuteVantage System. 
    • Within CommuteVantage, go to the Help Menu, and select Send Status Report. 
    • In the resulting dialog box, enter a Detailed Description of the problem. 
    • Include the time at which the problem occurred, and what you were doing at the time of the crash. 
    • Please also include your name and telephone number.

Note: If you are unable to send a status report, please report the issue via email: mediasupport@radiatemedia.com and someone from Customer Support will follow up with you promptly.


Maintenance TIPS:


  • Lock the Computer at the end of Show. Crt/Alt/Del - Lock (This allows for needed windows updates)
  • Reboot the CommuteVantage machine before every broadcast.
  • Only utilize the CommuteVantage machine to run the CommuteVantage application.
  • DO NOT use the CommuteVantage equipment for Internet browsing or Email, as this may result in problems with CommuteVantage.
