Incident Date

Any chance one could find when a street closure was first posted? As a fill-in reporter, I am not watching the screen daily so I don't know how new an ALRT is:

(e.g: Bethlehem Twp - Falmer Dr Between Easton Ave and Meyer Ln - Alert - road closed - Due to a sinkhole. No word as to when it will reopen.)

Being able to know the date that ALRT was posted would let me know if it's old news or something I should share as part of a report...

Thx,

Robert / WXPN / Philadelphia PA
Skip that - I realized that there is a posted date/time column to the far left ... it wasn't identified as such so I wasn't aware just what that was.. thanks! :)

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your comment. In the TruTraffic Radio page each incident has it's own timestamp of when the incident was entered. If the incident was entered within 24 hours then just the time will be available when it was first entered. In the example that you provided the incident was entered today at 6:44am EST (see below).

6:44 am ALRT Bethlehem Twp - Falmer Dr Between Easton Ave and Meyer Ln - Alert - road closed - Due to a sinkhole. No word as to when it will reopen.

If the incident is greater than 24 hours old then the date will be displayed for the incident. So for example if this specific incident were entered into the system last Friday the time would be replaced with a date of 8/7 which is the day that it was entered.

If this doesn't answer your question or you need any additional information you can email our support team at MediaSupport@radiatemedia.com.

I also wanted to mention that this forum will be going away in the next few weeks so it would be a good idea to take note of the support email address and emergency contact number for future reference.

Thank you,
Jeremy Haddock
