Chicago Expressway Base Travel Times

It appears that the base travel times for the Chicago expressways are based on a 65mph speed limit. The speed limit within the city limits is only 55mph, and therefore we are reporting illegal speeds (even if cars may be going that quickly).

Is there any way to change this formula in the system so that we are not providing information that is incorrect?

Can you provide a screen shot with a detailed description of the actual issue you are seeing. I'm not sure if your talking about the auto congestion incidents, travel times and/or something completely different.

The travel times in TruTraffic Radio are all based on average speed along a roadway. So if the speeds are 55mph that is what the travel time/speeds are based on. A screen shot with some more detailed information will be helpful.
