Incident Data Issues

Our data provider is currently experiencing issues with their incident management system which leads to no incidents in our TruTrafficRadio product. Radiate Media's traffic gathering team is working hard to get as many incidents into the system as possible for our customer's until this issue has been resolved.

No change in status. Traffic Incident Services are still down with our data provider.

Traffic systems have been stabilized with flow and sensor data, meaning the Travel Times and Flow on the incident map will update as expected.

Issue still persists with our data providers Incident data; however the cause of the issue has been identified and they are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. (Note: Radiate Media's team still has the ability to enter our own incidents.) Our data provider has turned off their incident data due to their troubleshooting exercises and will be restored when the issue has been resolved.

No change in status. Traffic Incident Services are still down with our provider. Teams are engaged and are continuing resolution activities for the incident data issue.

The Traffic Incident Services have been restored this evening by our data provider. They will continue to monitor the resolution throughout the evening.

Radiate Media will also be supplementing their incident data as usual through our incident management system.
