Chrome browser scrolling

If you are having trouble dragging the scroll bar with your mouse in either the market drop down or within the data grid and you are using a Google Chrome browser this is due to a bug with Windows not being able to accept the new updates of Google Chrome. 

If you are experiencing issues, the following version of Chrome and later will resolve this issue: 32.0.1700.102 m.
